This coaching is designed for adults who want to reduce stress and enhance their wellbeing through play. My clients are typically hardworking individuals, including corporate professionals, creative professionals, and those in the tech or EdTech industries. This is ideal for people who are ready to embrace positive change. However, as a coach, I am NOT qualified to mentor people with diagnosed psychological or personality disorders, particularly if they are not already receiving treatment from a mental health professional.
